This link goes to a copy of a magazine published by the ITF back in 1984. Interesting for anyone who likes the historical stuff!

Masters Sparring Seminar report

Master Nardizzi 8th Degree ran a seminar on free sparring on 6th June 2010. Mr Collins, Mr Maslin and Mr Keighrey all attended.
The seminar was well attended on a very warm and muggy day as we would soon realize as Master Nardizzi started to take us through some drills. The seminar started with Master Nardizzi explaining what free sparring is, after first making us have doubts on the term his usual excellent teaching style soon cleared up any confusion.
We quickly moved onto some movement drills with careful consideration given to how we can move differently depending on the distance we wish to cover. The seminar continues apace for 3 hours and the quality of instruction from Master Nardizzi was once again apparent.
Much was learnt at the seminar and there is blood, sweat and blisters to prove it!!
